Thank you for choosing Mira Vista Care Center.  We’ve been providing nursing home services to families from Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, LaConner, Bellingham and all points in between for generations.

• We’re proud that we’ve been a 5-Star rated facility by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) since the inception of the program.
• We’re very proud of our annual DSHS survey record.  Mira Vista has averaged only 2 deficiencies per year compared to the state average of 11 for the past 4 years.

We are specialists in short-term rehabilitation including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology.

In addition we offer medically supervised long-term care for those unable to live independently.
